Top Nutritions™ Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipping and delivery of products purchased from Top Nutritions™.

1. Shipping Locations

Top Nutritions™ ships products within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping availability and restrictions may vary based on the destination and product type.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and weight of the items purchased. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping fees, which will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

Please Note: Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to product availability.

4. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method:

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days.
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Multiple Fulfillment Centers

Top Nutritions™ partners with multiple third-party logistics (3PL) facilities across the United States. As a result, some products may ship from different locations, and your order may arrive in separate shipments. Each shipment will have its own tracking information provided via email.

6. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping costs.

Important: Due to regulatory restrictions, some products may not be available for international shipping.

7. Tracking Your Order

All orders come with tracking information, which will be provided via email once the order is shipped. Customers can track their packages using the tracking number provided.

8. Address Changes

Once an order is placed, customers can request changes to the shipping address by contacting info@topnutritions.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after the order has been processed for shipping.

9. Delivery Issues

If a package is lost, damaged, or delayed, customers should contact info@topnutritions.com to resolve the issue. Top Nutritions™ will work with the shipping carrier to address the problem.

For damaged items, please provide photos of the damage for evaluation.

10. Returns and Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to Top Nutritions™ due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the package re-shipped.
