This policy outlines the terms for managing subscriptions, pre-orders, and cancellations made through Top Nutritions™.

1. Subscriptions

  • Auto-Charging Subscriptions:
  • Billing Intervals: Customers can choose from daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly billing intervals based on their subscription preference.
  • Minimum and Maximum Payments: Some subscription plans may require a minimum number of payments before they can be canceled, or may automatically cancel after a set number of payments.
  • 24-Hour Billing Reminder: Customers receive an email 24 hours before the next automatic charge, serving as a reminder that their payment is about to be processed.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, the customer will receive a notification with instructions to update their payment details. The system will retry the payment based on our dunning management settings.
  • Price Updates: Subscription prices may be updated automatically if there are changes to the product price. Any applicable discounts will be applied according to the subscription rule.
  • Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the customer account portal. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

2. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-Order Details: Pre-orders allow customers to purchase out-of-stock or upcoming products. Customers can cancel pre-orders at any time before fulfillment.

3. Communication and Notifications

  • Notifications: Customers will receive various notifications regarding subscription status, including new subscriptions, billing reminders, failed payments, and confirmations for any changes or cancellations.

4. Customer Portal

  • Subscription Management: Customers can manage their subscriptions through the customer portal, including editing products, changing intervals, pausing, canceling, or skipping payments.
  • Account Connection: Subscriptions placed while not logged in can be connected to the customer's account if the same email address is used.
