Top Nutritions™ Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed by Top Nutritions™.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their item. The 30-day return period begins on the date the item is delivered.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
4. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, contact info@topnutritions.com with the order number and details of the item(s) to be returned. Upon approval, a return shipping label may be provided, along with instructions for returning the item(s). Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping and Restocking Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which typically amount to $5. This amount may vary depending on the shipping method chosen by the customer.
- A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns of opened items. Unopened items returned in their original condition are exempt from the restocking fee.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@topnutritions.com immediately. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered, and either a replacement or a full refund will be provided, depending on the customer's preference.
7. Exchanges
To exchange an item, first return the original item following the return process. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
8. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution.

9. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers located within the European Union, the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receipt is provided, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
